Program Benefits
As a McKinsey Intern, you will:
Work in teams of 3–5 consultants, actively participating in all aspects of client engagement.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the McKinsey Graduate Program, applicants must:
Hold an undergraduate or master’s degree.
Have less than three years of work experience.
Have completed or be about to start National Youth Service (NYSC).
Have an outstanding academic record.
Demonstrate leadership experience in extracurricular activities or work settings.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be proficient in English communication (spoken and written).
